Summary
We are looking for an OPAL (Outdoor Play and Learning) Lead.  OPAL is a mentor supported school improvement planning programme that addresses all areas that a school must plan for if they want to sustainably improve the quality of play. 

Training will be provided for the successful candidate. 

Under the general direction of the Play Coordinator / Headteacher, the OPAL Team Leader will be responsible for supervising and providing a stimulating outdoor play environment for children at lunchtimes.  The OPAL Team Leader will devise and deliver play activities appropriate to the age and individual needs of children which reflect the Play work Principles and lead on the delivery of the programme at lunchtimes working with the team of Play Leaders / Welfare Staff
